It is. [ Not by blood, but when did blood ever matter? Nami and Gen are the only family Nojiko has left in the world. ]

Did you know her for a long time? [ She's curious. Aside from hearing Nami was here and had mikan groves, Nojiko hasn't gotten much information on her sister. ]
